Potrai assaporare il latte di mucca appena munto e le deliziose “guastelle” fatte in casa, seguiti da una visita alla stalla per incontrare gli animali e una passeggiata nella natura dell’entroterra siciliano. La visita al caseificio sarà il culmine dell’esperienza, dove potrai gustare la ricotta appena fatta, premiata come il miglior derivato del latte al prestigioso Italian Cheese Awards 2023, insieme a formaggi selezionati e accompagnati da miele, confetture e olio biologico locale.

During this guided tour, you will be able to immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding nature and discover the life cycle of the pistachio, from sowing to harvesting. You will be able to see the centuries-old trees up close as they thrive under the Mediterranean sun. After the visit to the fields, you will be guided into the laboratory where you will discover how pistachios are transformed into tasty and nutritious delicacies. After the visit to the company, you will be the protagonist of a delicious tasting of pistachio-based products.
