Production

Casale Spina extends over 66 hectares, of which 33 are cultivated with olive groves, almond groves and rotational arable land, in particular wheat, sulla and broad beans. We follow the dictates of organic agriculture which respects and lives according to the rhythms of nature and we use the products of our farm in order to enhance the principles of the short supply chain and reduce emissions linked to the transport of raw materials.

La Tenuta

La tenuta di Casale Spina si estende su 66 ettari, di cui 33 coltivati a uliveto, mandorleto e seminativo a rotazione, in particolare grano, sulla e fave. Seguiamo i dettami dell’agricoltura biologica che rispetta e vive secondo i ritmi della natura ed utilizziamo i prodotti della nostra azienda agricola in modo da valorizzare i principi della filiera corta e ridurre le emissioni legate al trasporto delle materie prime.

EVO Oil

Produced with olives harvested in our olive groves, Casale Spina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is characterized by the intensity of its aromas. The olive grove is made up of 3.5 hectares of olive trees of the main native varieties grown in this area from which an EVO oil with a very balanced and delicate taste is obtained. The harvest takes place around mid-October when the olives have reached 50% of their ripeness, through manual harvesting.
