Production

Casale Spina extends over 66 hectares, of which 33 are cultivated with olive groves, almond groves and rotational arable land, in particular wheat, sulla and broad beans. We follow the dictates of organic agriculture which respects and lives according to the rhythms of nature and we use the products of our farm in order to enhance the principles of the short supply chain and reduce emissions linked to the transport of raw materials.

The estate

The Casale Spina estate spans 66 hectares, with 33 of these cultivated with olive groves, almond groves, and rotational crops, particularly wheat, sulla, and fava beans. We adhere to the principles of organic farming, which respects and follows the rhythms of nature. We also use products from our own farm to promote short supply chains and reduce emissions related to the transportation of raw materials.

Local Cultivar

EVO Oil

Produced with olives harvested in our olive groves, Casale Spina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is characterized by the intensity of its aromas. The olive grove is made up of 3.5 hectares of olive trees of the main native varieties grown in this area from which an EVO oil with a very balanced and delicate taste is obtained. The harvest takes place around mid-October when the olives have reached 50% of their ripeness, through manual harvesting.
