Caseificio tour
with cheese tasting
A fascinating tour that includes the tasting of freshly harvested and prepared local products. You'll have the chance to savor freshly milked cow's milk and delicious homemade guastelle, followed by a visit to the barn to meet the animals and a walk through the unspoiled nature of the Sicilian hinterland. The highlight of the experience is the visit to the dairy, where you'll taste freshly made ricotta—awarded Best Dairy Product at the prestigious Italian Cheese Awards 2023—along with a selection of cheeses served with local organic honey, jams, and olive oil.
