About
Casale Spina is located in the center of Sicily, near Santa Caterina Villarmosa, a few kilometers from Caltanissetta. Built at the beginning of the 20th century, the farmhouse was the place where the Terravecchia-Fiandaca family, grandparents of the current owner of the company, spent their summer holidays. Our family decided to recover this ancient farmhouse to bring it back to life through a passionate and careful renovation project.

Our mission
filosofia
We strongly believe in hospitality and welcome means there is love for the area that surrounds us, in search of a healthy and balanced relationship with nature. The ancient farmhouse is being renovated in full respect of its centuries-old history and traditional Sicilian architecture, maintaining and highlighting its original characteristics.
Spina Farmhouse
Immerse yourself in nature
Driven by a strong passion for our land, by the desire to pass on ancient traditions and genuine local flavours, our philosophy can be summed up as a return to our roots, where relax, territory and traditions reflect the values of our family. At the entrance to the farmhouse, we have planted lavender, rosemary, sage and other herbs that create an aromatic sensory journey to immerse yourself in the typical scents of the Sicilian land.
The hill on which Casale Spina stands can be covered on foot, along a dirt path, or by mountain bike, to reach the small forest at the end of the climb where you can experience a moment in full contact with nature. In this uncontaminated natural oasis, it is possible to admire the two lakes located in the immediate vicinity of the Casale: fed by a natural spring, they are surrounded by two centuries-old walnut trees, almond groves and olive groves.
