GENERAL CONDITIONS
BREAKFAST: breakfast is available in the common room with assisted self-service mode, from 07.30 to 10.00. Breakfast is a sweet and savory buffet type. Tea, herbal teas and American coffee are available in the buffet
NO SMOKING:: smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
ANIMALSAnimals are not allowed.
TELEPHONE RESERVATIONSare not possible
CHILDREN:
- age <1 year: free
- from 1 to 3 years a single supplement of 15 euros which includes a camping cot and high chair with meals
- from 3 to 5 years a single supplement of 20 euros which includes a camping cot and high chair at meals
- from 5 to 8 years old 15 euros per day with a special bed
- possible family discounts.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Booking requests will only be valid if confirmed by the hotel via confirmation email.
Reservations made with an INVALID credit card or WITH INSUFFICIENT CREDIT to cover the cost of the stay, even if confirmed, may be canceled at any time by the hotel following an email confirming the cancellation. Failure to receive the cancellation email, whatever the cause, will not constitute any reason for a claim by the customer; only the sending of the email by the hotel will be valid.
Deposits for booking stay made by bank transfer are not refundable for any reason, regardless of the hotel's cancellation policies indicated on our site. Deposits for booking the stay made by credit card, once the cancellation deadline has expired, are not refundable for any reason.
NUMBER OF GUESTS:: Booking requests made by the customer must indicate the exact number of guests, regardless of their age. The hotel is not responsible for errors entered by the customer in the booking request.
At check-in the number of guests must correspond to the number of guests indicated by the customer at the time of the booking request. At the time of check-in, if there are more guests than those indicated in the booking, regardless of their age, the hotel, after checking availability, may:
In case of lack of availability, it will not allow excess guests to enter, however charging the total cost of the stay to the customer, whether he or she stays in the hotel or not.
In case of availability of adding a bed in the room, the price of the room will be applied.
PRE-AUTHORIZATION: Each reservation requires a credit card number as a guarantee. In some cases, to confirm the booking, the Hotel carries out a pre-authorisation on the credit card provided by the customer. Pre-authorization is not a purchase. It consists of verifying the validity of the card and consequent temporary blocking of the amount of the first night to guarantee the booking.
If this pre-authorization is not successful, we will be forced to consider the reservation invalid.
In case of cancellation outside the established deadlines, the structure is authorized to proceed with the collection; if there is no penalty, the structure will release the pre-authorized sum.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The booking will be confirmed only after a confirmation deposit of 20% of the total stay booked by bank transfer.
The booking must in any case be accompanied by written confirmation and the complete details of at least one valid credit card must be provided.
Guests who wish to receive an invoice for their stay are asked to communicate their wish during the confirmation phase as well as promptly communicating the details of the same, otherwise the structure will produce a nominative tax receipt.
The cancellation of the reservation must be sent to the property in writing, the Hotel reserves the right to apply a penalty as per the Cancellation Policy indicated below:
- free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival;
- from the 6th day penalty of the first night of stay;
- from the 5th day, for late cancellation or no-show, penalty of 100% of the total stay.
